We operate a China-based manufacturing facility dedicated to motorcycle seat, with a factory area of approximately 10,000 square meters and a skilled workforce supporting stable, large-scale production. Our monthly output exceeds 150,000 seats, with an annual capacity of around 2 million units, enabling us to support both steady long-term supply and rapid volume scaling for OEM and ODM projects.

Through efficient production line layout, standardized processes, and synchronized upstream supply chain, we ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery even during peak production periods.

All key processes are completed in-house, including seat pan forming, PU foam molding, seat cover cutting and sewing, and final assembly. With multiple dedicated production lines running in parallel, we can manage different materials, structures, and specifications simultaneously—ensuring consistent quality, controlled lead times, and scalable output.
