How do we initiate a bulk wholesale order with your company?
The process is simple:

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Can we request product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for product evaluation and quality testing. Sample production is usually completed within 7-10 business days.
Is the sample cost refundable?
Yes. The sample cost will be fully deducted from the total amount upon confirmation of your first bulk order.
Is the mold fee (tooling cost) refundable?
The mold fee is used for the creation of customized seat tooling. Yes, the mold fee will be fully refunded or deducted gradually from subsequent bulk orders once you reach a certain cumulative purchase amount or order quantity for the custom model.

What information is needed to get an accurate quotation?

Can you custom-manufacture seats based on our drawings or OEM part numbers?
Yes, this is the foundation of our business. We accept design drawings in CAD, PDF, or 3D modeling files and can proceed with mold creation based on your OEM specifications.
What are the material options for the seat foam/padding?
We primarily use high-resilience, high-density Cold Cure Polyurethane Foam. We can adjust the density (e.g., 40-70 kg/m³) and firmness according to your requirements for optimal comfort and durability.
What are the main cover materials available?
Primary options include high-grade vinyl and PU leather. We offer various colors, textures, anti-slip finishes, and abrasion resistance levels.
How do you ensure the dimension and fitment of a custom-designed seat?
We ensure precision through 3D scanning, CNC mold making. All OEM/custom seats first undergo precise prototype mold creation and stringent physical testing before mass production.
Are your seats resistant to water and extreme weather conditions?
Yes. All our seat covers use high-grade vinyl or PU leather materials with excellent UV resistance and weather durability. Stitching is treated with water-resistant or seam-sealed processes to minimize moisture penetration.
What materials are typically used for the seat baseplate?
We primarily use high-strength PP Plastic, ABS plastic or Iron Plate for our seat baseplates, depending on the model requirements and design complexity. These materials ensure a combination of light weight, high strength, and perfect fitment.
Production, Lead Time & Logistics
What is the production lead time for a bulk order?
After sample and contract confirmation, the production lead time for a standard bulk order is typically 25-30 days. The exact timeline depends on the volume and current production schedule.
How does the lead time for custom design projects differ from standard orders?
Custom orders require additional time for mold development and first-sample approval], usually adding 15-20 days to the overall timeline. We will provide a detailed project timeline.
What is your export process, and do you support worldwide shipping?
Yes, we have extensive global export experience. We support various trade terms including FOB, CIF, DDP, and can arrange sea freight, air freight, or multi-modal transport to your designated port or address.
How do you package the seats to ensure safety during international shipping?
We use professional export packaging including multi-layer corrugated cartons, custom dividers, and moisture-proof materials. All packaging is designed to maximize product protection and optimize container space utilization.
Do you provide shipping insurance for the cargo?
We generally advise clients to purchase All-Risks Cargo Insurance. We can include the insurance cost in your quote or you may purchase it separately. This ensures you have full protection under FOB/CIF/CIP trade terms.
Quality & Payment Terms
How do you ensure product quality? Do you have QC procedures?
We strictly follow the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Our QC process includes: raw material incoming inspection, in-process spot checks, and 100% final inspection before leaving the factory.
Do you hold ISO or other international quality system certifications?
Yes, we are ISO 9001 certified. We can provide other relevant certifications or ROHS & REACH reports or material testing reports upon request for your market.
What are your main accepted payment methods?
We primarily accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). For large volume orders, we may also accept Letter of Credit (L/C).
What are the payment terms for a bulk order?
Typical terms are 30% T/T deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
What is your procedure for handling quality defects upon arrival of goods?
We are committed to zero-defect manufacturing. If manufacturing defects are found upon arrival, please submit a detailed report and photographs to us within 7 days. Our Quality Assurance Team will assess the issue within 24 hours. If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will promptly provide a solution, including but not limited to free replacement of the affected units or issuing a corresponding credit note.
Do you offer a product warranty?
Yes, we provide a 12-month quality warranty on all bulk-supplied motorcycle seats, covering manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
