As a manufacturing factory focused on motorcycle seats, we are driven by technological innovation. Our R&D team consists of 6 senior engineers with extensive experience in structural design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

We have also established an open R&D collaboration system, working closely with raw material manufacturers to improve product quality and performance from the source, creating more competitive motorcycle seats.

Technological Innovation

We continuously invest in the R&D and innovation of polyurethane foaming technology. In 2020, we pioneered the promotion of high-density foam foaming processes and the use of bio-polyol eco-friendly materials in the motorcycle seat industry.

We have innovatively applied nitrogen cooling technology to the polyurethane foaming process, ensuring the foam maintains stable physical properties during molding and extending its lifespan.

We successfully developed a nitrogen-filled airbag shock-absorbing seat. This innovative design effectively improves the seat’s shock-absorbing performance, significantly enhancing the comfort and safety of long-distance riding.
